    What is Reiki?

     Simply put, Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive technique that promotes relaxation and helps your body's natural healing abilities. I'll be lightly placing my hands on or just above different areas of your body, and you might feel a sense of warmth, tingling, or just a deep sense of calm and peace. There's nothing you need to do or think about, just relax and receive the energy.

    What to Expect During a Session

     Your comfort is my top priority. A reiki session is a peaceful and relaxing experience.

    The Setting: You'll lie comfortably on a massage table, fully clothed, in a tranquil and private room.  There will be calming music in the background, incense or essential oils creating a pleasant fragrance in the air and ambient lighting for comfort. 

    The Process: I will gently place my hands on or above different areas of your body. You can simply relax and let the energy flow. (non-touch sessions are an option for those who would rather not be touched) 

    Duration: A typical session lasts about 60 minutes, which includes time to discuss your goals beforehand and to answer any questions you may have afterward.

    Afterward: Clients often feel a sense of deep calm, clarity, and peace. You may notice other benefits unfolding in the hours and days following your session, such as improved sleep or a greater sense of well-being.
